All dogs and puppies sold by Happy Trail Chihuahuas will be honestly and accuratley repersented at the time of sale.

One Year Guarantee Against Congenital Or Hereditary Defects

Your dog is guaranteed against congenital or hereditary defects that lead to euthanasia for a period of one year from the date of birth or two years if you maintain the once a day supplement of "NuVet Plus". A veterinarian's written statement to this effect is required prior to euthanasia, and the pet must be seen by our veterinarian prior to euthanasia. A replacement puppy of equal or greater value shall be provided at the time of availability, at no cost to the buyer. No monies shall be refunded. Buyer may return their purchased dog or puppy to Happy Trail Chihuahuas (at buyers expense) with the registration papers, health records and a written explanation from a licensed veterinarian, and he or she will be replaced at no charge. Any veterinarian bills incurred to diagnose or repair a problem will be the responsibility of the buyer unless arrangements have been made or approved by Happy Trail Chihuahuas prior to treatment.

There is no guarantee against Hypoglycemia, Coccidia/Giardia, Molera, Collapsing Trachea or Patellar Luxation (grades 1-2), nor against fleas, worms or ear mites due to their recurring nature.

This guarantee is extended to the original purchaser only.

Our guarantee is in accordance with the provisions of the Virginia Consumer Protection Act (59.1-195 et seq.).
